There is moderate risk in coastal provinces. Context specificity alters gender roles and statuses so that women may control sectors of activity even when ideological maleness is said to prevail. North of latitude 45° S, soils are formed directly on weathered rocks at higher elevations, and reddish brown soils with gravel and quartz are found in the lower zones; erosion is heavy.
